Our Storm Shield Garage Door Threshold is a revolutionary way to tightly seal off your garage from the outside. The exacting nature of this vinyl threshold forms a positive bond with your garage doorâs existing weather stripping. Easily mounts to your garageâs foundation using the provided industrial-strength adhesive. Wonât crack, shatter or bulge with weather changes, and remains flexible from -40° to 150°. Resistant to oil, gas, and antifreeze. Measures 16'Lx3"Wx-1/2"H.
This simple product prevents water, wind-driven rain, snow, dust, dirt, and leaves from entering under your garage door, thus keeping your garage and its contents cleaner and drier. It's weatherproof and won't crack, move, or shatter, even after long exposure to extremes of heat or cold. The threshold also discourages rodents, snakes, and small pests from letting themselves in. As an added bonus, the threshold will minimize the amount of outdoor air that enters the garage, which will take a chunk out of your heating and cooling bills.--Josh Dettweiler

Product was great, but I found the same size and type product for half the price at two other places, so I'll learn to look more before purchasing.
Good quality and good glue nowReviewed by Kart Racer, 2010-02-15
I read the reviews that mentioned the use of tubes of adhesive.
Well, I guess they took notice as mine came with a large canister
(that requires the use of a calking gun) of glue. The glue is
enough to cover the area as the directions say to do it. The actual
rubber strip appears to be good quality and is fairly supple, even
when cool, however, I agree with the other posters who recommend
letting it sit in the sun for a while....it makes things much
easier. Read the directions carefully...I am always guilty of
thinking I know better, but I had assumed that the 'hump' part of
the threshold would be on the outside of the garage door.....wrong,
it goes on the inside.
Completely SatisfiedReviewed by Loren K. Strodtman, 2010-02-08
This product was simple to install, and completely resolved my
problem of water running under my garage door. Cutting the product
with a utility knife was possible, but if I was to install another,
I would try a hacksaw.
I do not remember exactly when I installed this product, but it was
numerous months ago, in warmer weather. We had many nights below 0
degrees F, and the product still works great. I have drug my
professional floor jack over it numerous times, with no
damage.
This is a fantastic product, and if I had owned a hardware store, I
would love to stock it on my shelves.

My problem was that I have a heated garage in Minnesota and when It
snow's out all of the snow melts and I have a uneven floor and
water was going everywhere.
When I put my seal down I put it down in a box shape so it
surrounded my car and contained the water, then when I moved the
car out I simply squeegee the water away....
